Our Policy

Have questions about booking, cancellations, shipping or retail?

Please Carefully Read our Policies Below, thank you!

Dear Client,

We strive to render excellent care to you and the rest of our clients. Your care and treatment is priority for us. We  also ask that you respect your specialist's time and expertise as well.

In an attempt to be consistent with this, we have our Business Policies that allow us to schedule appointments for our clients, with respect for your time, the next client's time, and the specialist's time. It also sets ground rules and requirements. Please read the following carefully.

Our policies are as follows:

Bookings

All prices and services are listed. When booking, a deposit must be paid and will be counted towards the total of the appointment.

Appointments booked through dm or text message require a $30 non-refundable deposit. We're on a first come, first serve basis. This will be counted towards the total of the appointment. Please give us 24hrs to get back to you with any questions or concerns.

Vouchers bought through Groupon can be booked via text message or by selecting the cash option. Please keep in mind that your voucher must be brought and shown to me at your appointment.

There's a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. If you are running late please reach out to let us know. If you are past the grace period, you can run the risk of having a late appointment cancellation.

 

All services are final and non-refundable as we are using product and you are also paying for our time. You will have 72hrs to express any inconveniences or concerns in regards to the service.

Cancellations

We request that you give a notice no later than 24 hrs from your scheduled appointment in the event that you can not make it. If the client misses an appointment without contacting us, it is considered a missed or "No Show" appointment. Additionally, if a client is more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, it will be considered as a "No Show" appointment, and that appointment will be rescheduled.

A $30 non refundable deposit will be paid at time of making an appointment and will be counted towards the total of the appointment. This prepayment or deposit will be kept incase of last minute cancellations or no-shows and a new prepayment/deposit will be needed.

After 3 "No-Shows", a client will not be able to book with us anymore. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

All service costs, prepayments and fees are Non-refundable! If you cancel before the 24 hrs the deposit/ prepayment can be applied to a rescheduled appointment.
