Service Description
Eyelash extensions is the process where a licensed professional places one extension with one or multiple fibers on to a natural lash. Once most or all lashes are attached a bonder is used to seal all the lashes to maximize retention. Eyelash Extensions can last anywhere from 4-6 weeks with maintenance fills every 2-3 weeks. This service includes a consult for eyelash extensions where we ensure to fit a style designed for your unique features. We require a deposit beforehand to secure your appointment. Cancellation Policy
Booking: To book an appointment, please book through our site as our goal is to make everything more accessible to you. Our website/app makes it easy to view prices and services in a much more quicker and efficient way. All appointments booked require a $30 non-refundable deposit that goes towards the total of your appointment. We do not book appointments or hold appointments without a deposit as we're on a first come, first serve basis. All services, deposits, and fees are final and non-refundable as we are using product and you are also paying for our time. You will have 48hrs to express any inconveniences or concerns in regards to the service. Make sure to read and sign all forms prior to your appointment as they're required. They are sent through text message with your appointment reminder. If you have any questions or concerns prior to your appointment, send us a message.🤎 Cancellations & No-Shows: Late appointment cancellations and no shows will be charged 90% of the service fee. We understand things can happen, however these charges are made to make up for the loss of the appointment. These charges do have to be paid before being able to set up any future appointments. We request that you give us a notice no later than 24 hrs from your scheduled appointment in the event that you can not make it. New deposits will be required after each no show or cancelation. If the client misses an appointment without contacting us, it is considered a missed or "No Show" appointment. Additionally, if a client is more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, that appointment can be rescheduled. After 3 "No-Shows", a client will not be able to book with us anymore. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If you cancel before the 24 hrs the deposit can be applied to a rescheduled appointment.
